再接再厉---海绵蛋糕

上一次做的不是很满意,这次再接再厉咯。这次做的的香橙味的口味。


蛋白加糖打到变白色而且可以倒立为止,另外一碗是蛋黄,面粉,橙汁,盐,牛奶拌均匀。然后把蛋白加入拌匀就可以烤了


这次的成果我比较喜欢,因为绵绵的感觉,而且又不会太干,好像吃cheese cake 这样。

you should try on cheese cake, it's so easy to make. There is another way to make sponge cake, use sponge mix. Pandan (Use pandan leave ) is organic and taste better. The natural apple green colour so pretty. If u want to make coffe sponge, then, instaed of instant coffee, use coffen bean, boil it with little water. You will get "5: stars cake. By the way, when u want to continue ur diet plan???
