CC Cake V2-终于盼到了




星厨房终于把食谱写出来了,我看,应该大家都会试试看吧,我也不列外,快手快脚的做起来了了,虽然没有像星厨房的那样美,可是口感真的是一流叻,好吃,好吃,大家一定要试试。
食谱可以参考星厨房的Cheddar Cheese Cake V.2

可能是我的烤箱问题,刚出炉很美,可是冷却后有点收缩了,可是没有影响口感,还是这样的湿润好吃。我的烤盘太小了,多出来的面糊放进小纸杯里了。

I did the same cake using Hsling recipe too, even my husband also commented very nice. Mine also shrunk a bit, I think this is normal for sponge cake right.. By the way, did you use "water bath" method, your top surface have very nice brown colour and smooth, mine got little break.

Sonia, yaya, i use water bath method, 150度。i bake about 45 minute.
